• Overnight shipping: $18 (add on during checkout)

Proofing:
Please proof carefully! SimplySuite is not responsible for errors and/or omissions in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs carefully for correct information, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, correct addresses/zip codes etc.
All printed orders require proof approval before your order is printed and shipped. Once approved, your order will go into production and NO further revisions can be made. Be sure to include the correct shipping address during checkout. Shipping to USA only and not available to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number when they ship through Etsy. AnnaHatcherDesign assumes no responsibility for items lost in the mail, delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
Color:
Every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Paper type may also effect color slightly. Make sure you proof on your computer (not a mobile device or tablet which can sometimes alter colors). If you have any concerns about how a color will come out when printed, we recommend ordering either a hard copy proof or our paper sample packet. We do not accept refunds or returns based on color, but we will change the color for no additional fee.
Care
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favorites. We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.
